Current owners Robert Steinberg and his wife Suzanne have been trying to sell the house for years and recently reduced the price by $9 million.
The Steinbergs reportedly purchased the home from Ivana for $15 million in 1998, according to the Daily Mail.
Listed by Coldwell Banker, the home is surrounded by the waters of the Long Sound and has been extensively remodeled and updated with additions including a guest house with luxury suites.
Known as the "Magnificent Indian Harbor Estate," it sits on a 6-acre peninsula.
Donald Trump also owns the Seven Springs Estate in Bedford, a 230-acre property he purchased in 1996 for $7.5 million.
